The best time to meditate is when you first wake up.
If you're like me, you mind starts to race when you first
get up in the morning.
I start right in singing a song in my head and thinking about
all I want to get accomplished that day.
And if I don't stop, take a deep breath, relax and let my thoughts
go for about 5 minutes, it resets my mind and emotions and
allows me to clear myself to better deal with what is ahead.
